Fence Builders Northcote
Northcote has character. The fencing should too.
Northcote is one of Melbourne's inner-north suburbs with genuine identity — worker's cottages that have been renovated into architectural showcases, period homes alongside contemporary extensions, and a community that values craft and quality.
The soil in Northcote is predominantly clay — heavy, reactive, and prone to movement with moisture. Fence posts need to be properly installed with correctly specified footings. We don't take shortcuts here; the soil won't forgive them.
We work across residential fencing in Northcote — timber, Colorbond, privacy screens, front boundary fencing, and shared boundary replacements.

What Northcote Customers Say
Real feedback from local jobs.
"We wanted recycled timber to match the house. They sourced it, milled it, and built exactly what we described. Rare to find tradesmen who actually listen."
Zoe C.
High St, Northcote
"Monument Colorbond looks perfect with the extension. They flagged the clay soil upfront and explained what that meant for the footings. That transparency was appreciated."
Joel M.
St Georges Rd, Northcote
"Front fence transforms the house. Clean, period-appropriate, and the paint match to the veranda is exact."
